Novartis is offering 12-month learnerships in the fields of Finance. The programmes include theoretical learning and practical work experience within the company. The aim is to provide insight into the pharmaceutical industry and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Theoretical learning, practical tasks, project management, teamwork, and role-specific duties under supervision

Qualifications

• Earn a bachelor’s or four-year university degree, preferably in finance or a related discipline
• Obtain a Chartered Accountant qualification if possible, as it is preferred
• Demonstrate a solid foundation in finance with strong familiarity in financial controlling and accounting processes
• Apply without concern for prior work experience, as none is required
